Healthy, tasty, and affordable 'Meals-To-Go', and 'On-The-Go' snacks, custom catering and in-person & virtual cooking workshops.  Nourish originally started out as an additional service to my fitness clients, to provide them with suitable meal and snack options to stay on track with their goals.  Having over 28 years experience in the food industry in New Zealand, Canada and now here on the Sunshine Coast, it made sense to combine my two passions 'Food & Fitness', and serving my lifelong purpose of helping others.
